Residents do not need a pool pass to access the pool. Instead, they simply need to be in good standing on the yearly Har-Ber Meadows dues. When entering the pool house, the attendant on duty will check your name on a list that shows all residents in good standing. If you are not on the list but believe you are in good standing with your dues, please contact the property manager. The pool attendant does not have the authority to allow access to the pool for those not on the list.
Pool passes are necessary for guests to accompany a resident to the pool. Up until 2025, each household resident received a sheet of 10 pool passes at the annual Har-Ber Meadows Property Owners Association meeting which normally occurs every May. From 2025 onward, instead of receiving 10 free pool passes, they will only be available upon request for a nominal fee.
