Community Pool Information

If a caregiver (babysitter) or swim instructor will be taking your children to the pool without your presence, you must fill out a consent form ahead of time.

Please read the following rules...

• Caregiver Must be 18 years or older.

• Caregiver will show the attendant on duty a photo ID upon arrival. They will be required to sign-in on log sheet.

• Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied at all times by a resident parent, or by a caregiver (babysitter or swim instructor) who has been registered as such by the resident parent. All caregivers and swim instructors must be registered.

• The caregiver will be exempt from paying a guest fee provided management has received written notice from the resident properly identifying the caretaker.

• No guests of the child or the caregiver/swim instructor are allowed without the resident parent being present.

In order to gain access to the pool before regular pool hours, please fill out this form for approval. Lap swimming hours are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings from 6 a.m. – 8 a.m. Only registered lap swimmers will be allowed into the pool area during these hours. There should be no children under 18, unless they are there for the purpose of swimming laps, and are under the supervision of a parent.
