ARC Application – Har-Ber Meadows

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for Har-Ber Meadows requires that all new construction plans be approved prior to the commencement of construction. In order to allow for the timely and accurate review of these plans, the ARC has requested that all applicants complete the following form and provide the required information. A list of the minimum requirements is listed on this application. The ARC will not review incomplete applications. Please allow a maximum of 45 days for a response. Approvals are valid for six months from approval date. If work has not begun within this time frame, the application is void and must be resubmitted for approval.
