Community Pool Room

The Community Room is available for use by Har-Ber Meadows residents in good standing on a first come, first served basis. Intended use is for families and their guests for functions such as birthday parties, family reunions, neighbor get togethers, etc.

Cleaning Policy

Attention Community Room Renters!

You must complete the following in order to avoid a cleaning charge.

Bring trash bags, bag your trash and take back to your residence upon leaving – we do not have trash pickup at the pool house. Do not use the large trash cans in the pool area to dispose of items used during your party or your cleaning deposit will be deposited.
Clean all tables, chairs, counters and other surfaces which were used.
Sweep the floor and mop if necessary (if available, the attendant will provide cleaning products if required).
Replace furniture if taken outside or brought inside.
Remove decorations and tape used to hang decorations. Nails and tacks are NOT to be used to hang decorations.
Turn off lights and close the door.

No more than 39 guests as dictated by fire codes.
Room cannot be used for political meetings or private business ventures.
No overnight events.
Reserving this room does NOT include exclusive use of the pool area or furniture outside.
I have read the Community Room Cleaning Policy. I understand that if I do not adhere to the cleaning policy rules, I could be charged a fee for cleanup.
