Hi! My name is Cassondra Beers. I have lived in HarBer Meadows since 2018 years and teach junior high Spanish. I have two dogs, and we love the neighborhood.
My hobbies include writing and finding cool places to eat in NWA. As a teacher, I am used to helping lots of different people with different needs have success in a group setting. I think it is important to be economical and neighborly when making decisions that affect everybody. I am excited to see what serving on this POA board will be like and how we can help our neighborhood move forward in a way that doesn’t leave anyone behind.
HarBer Meadows is an excellent neighborhood with a lot to offer. I think a great way to give back to the community would be to serve on the board. It is important to me to be economical and neighborly when making decisions for the neighborhood.
I grew up on the east side of Arkansas but moved to NWA for law-school and never left. I’ve been a local attorney in this area for 15 years, and loved watching this area grow-enjoying all NWA has to offer.
My family has lived in HarBer since 2020. Luis and I both work for Walmart’s Home Office and we have 5 kids who attend Bernice Young. We love hanging out at our parks, community pool and fishing spots. We plan to raise our kids here and having such a fun and safe community for our kids to grow up in means the world to us!
My family has lived in HarBer Meadows since 2020. We love our neighborhood and I want to be a part of keeping it a wonderful place to live and play.
My name is Brian Moore. I have lived in Springdale for 54 years. I attended Springdale High School and the University of Arkansas. Springdale has been a great place to grow up, work, raise a family and live. I moved to Harber around 14 years ago and have been very happy here. I am a Civil Engineer and partner with Engineering Services, Inc., also located in Springdale. We do engineering for many Cities and also work in Land development. I have 2 kids, Cadence and Chandler. Cadence attends Belmont University in Nashville, and Chandler attends Springdale High School. I have been involver in the community and have been Past President of Rotary, Past Chairman of the Chamber, and various other organizations.
I have lived in Harber Meadows for 14 years. As both kids are getting older, I have extra time that I can commit to the POA Board
My family and I have lived in Har-Ber Meadows since the spring of 2018. We love the neighborhood because of the friendly neighbors and beautiful trees, fountains, ponds, and parks. We also love the convenience of the neighborhood with a grocery store, multiple restaurants, a coffee shop, and various other businesses within a mile of our home. My wife, Christine, and I use the shade from all the trees in Founders Park to get our steps in even when it’s brutally hot outside.
Currently, I work as a Controller for Central States Manufacturing and have spent over 15 years in accounting and about 10 years in procurement. For hobbies, my son, Sterling, and I go to a local CrossFit gym, and I usually compete in 4-6 competitions each year. As a family, we like to watch movies and play board games and cards. When time permits, I love hiking and playing chess as well. We also have 3 Pomeranians and attend Cross Pointe Church in Tontitown.
I am seeking re-election for my board position with the POA. I have served 3 years and been the Treasurer since July of 2022. During that time, I have gained a good understanding of the financial statements of our neighborhood and have helped ensuring good stewardship of the neighborhood dues. I would like to continue to serve by managing the dues we receive with great property management, valuable contract services, and high-quality maintenance and upkeep of our neighborhood. Despite being almost 30 years old, I am confident we can continue to maintain a great looking neighborhood that will be among the best in Northwest Arkansas.
My name is Lorrie Crook. My family and I have lived in Har-Ber Meadows since 2012.
I was born and raised in Tupelo, Mississippi, and we relocated to NWA in 2002. My husband Richard passed away in 2021. We have two adult children, Anna and Andrew, and 5 wonderful grandchildren, who live in our community as well.
For several years, while raising our children, I worked in the Springdale Public Schools.
For the past 17 years, I have been a Realtor. I am employed with Crye-Leike, Realtors/Springdale. I love my job, I love Springdale, and most importantly, I love Har-Ber Meadows and enjoy selling properties in the place I get to call home!!
I don't have many hobbies other than being LaLa, cooking, traveling, enjoying sports, and spending time with friends and family.
I've been a resident here for many years and a real estate agent with my primary emphasis on Har-Ber Meadows. I love living in this community and all that it has to offer to me and my family, I would like to serve on the board as a way to become more involved and to be a voice for others and represent you.
My wife and I have lived in HBM for over 20 years and we raised our two sons here.
I graduated from the University of Arkansas and currently work in marketing at Saatchi & Saatchi X in Springdale.
I have served on the HBM Board of directors in the past and held the positions of Secretary, Vice President, and President. Additionally, I've served on several committees here as well, including the Communications, Landscape, Architectural Review, and Steering committees. During my time on the board and various committees, I've worked to get sidewalks installed, playground equipment added, picnic benches placed in the park. I also created and moderate our Facebook group. I'm very familiar with the Covenants, Bylaws and Builders Guide
I enjoy walking throughout the neighborhood parks and greenspaces with our two dogs and love to see all of my fellow residents out and about taking advantage of all our amenities.
I appreciate your consideration and, if elected, I look forward to serving Har-Ber Meadows even more in the future.
As a long-time resident of the neighborhood, I feel compelled to give back to this community that has been such a wonderful place for me and my family to live for the past 2 decades.
I know that serving on the board means dealing with many diverse opinions and personalities and I believe that I am well suited to helping find solutions that will benefit as many of us as possible.
