The Har-Ber Meadows Property Owners’ Association’s annual meeting will be held on Monday evening, May 24, 2021, in Founders Park.
After discussion with local businesses, it has been decided to conduct the 2021 meeting similar to last year’s meeting due to the impact of Covid-19 over the last year. An election will be held to fill two Board of Director positions that will be vacated at the end of June. Multiple residents will be on this year’s ballot. Residents who are in good standing and wish to cast their vote will be able to do so in Founder’s Park from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. In the event of rain, ballots will be received inside the pool house. If you will be unable to attend the annual meeting and wish to vote by proxy, please email harbermeadowspoa@managementiiillc.com prior to the event for instructions to obtain a voting proxy. Dues checks will be received during this time. Pool passes will be available at the pool house when the pool opens for the season.
